All the Sure Strike lasers that come with our training pistols (ATLP or any Recoil Enabled Pistol) will not work to dry fire with your own firearm. The ATLP's lasers are not removable and the lasers for the recoil pistols have a back cap that require recoil to activate. You are able to purchase a separate Dry Fire Action back cap to replace the Vibration Action back cap that comes with the recoil laser and that will allow you to use it with your own firearm to dryfire.
