We do not have pre packed 6 packs of any caliber adapters.
However, since we sell the SureStrike for 38 Special/357 Revolver in a 5 Pack & a 6 Pack, we are happy to offer you the same for a 9mm laser cartridge. You would just then need to purchase 5 or 6 of the caliber adapters for your revolver, in your case, the 45 Long Colt Adapter. There isn't a way for you to do it online, since it is a special order, however, you would reach out to support and they can assist you with this special order. Sure, you could always buy them individually, but this way it gives you a little bit of a price break by buying 5 or 6.
