I have used a long "q-tip" from a cleaning kit to push it out... similarly a dowel that is just smaller than your barrel, just be careful not to damage the laser.. but those are good options.
I have a difficult time getting the laser cartridge out of my Glock after firing it. Are there any suggestions? SureStrike™ .380 Cartridge
