So, just checked with DryFireMag to confirm and while the P365 magazine would work in the 380, the optic cap and laser fits only the 9mm. Our adapters also only work with the 9mm as the 380 just doesn't have the popularity to make all of the adapters for. Sorry about that, but let us know if you have other questions.
