No. The Mag you have is not laser compatible. DryFireMAG does not yet make a Smart Mag that is optic based for the M&P.
I have the M&P9 DryFireMag. Will this work wtih that magazine? SureStrike™ 9mm Optic Laser Cartridge for SureStrikeMAG
