Unfortunately, No....well, maybe, Yes.
The PST Laser is Piston (Firing Pin) activated and needs the Green Gas to engage it. So, without Green Gas the Gun will not activate the Laser or Recoil.
You could purchase a Vibration Back Cap and use the same laser and gun without recoil and just rack the slide every time with an empty Mag, but it will activate the laser with every bump as it is sensitive...so you may get mis-fires on targets if that is something you may be worried about.
Also, If your looking at both Red and IR....You can purchase the gun as either, and then just purchase the opposite Vibration equipped laser.
Shipping depends on your location (within the USA only), but orders usually ship within a day or 2. You can choose and pay for express delivery, if you'd like.
