Hey there, sorry, we don't have sales guys in every state, we only have 5 mil/le guys that travel to military/LE trade shows/events and there aren't any public ones short of the NRAAM event annually.
We do have dealers, which I just checked out Dealer Locator (found in the links in our footer under Contact Us) and see that there are 4 dealers in Michigan. Not sure how active they are, if they have a storefront or where they are in relationship to you, but can't hurt to ask them.
Otherwise, one of our mil/le guys will be at the Church Safety Conference in Michigan in March 2026, if you don't pull the trigger this year.
With that being said, we do have lots of videos on our YouTube, a dedicate site for the Smokeless Range that discuss system requirements, etc and then a full suite of FAQs, set up, troubleshooting and more on our Smokeless Range Support/ticket system.
And lastly, we have an amazing support team to help with any questions you may have. If you are military, veteran or law enforcement, we have those guys that can be your main point of contact, ensure you get the best pricing, will also help you with selecting the best equipment for your needs, answer any questions on purchasing and set up and etc.
