Yes, you would need to choose the 45ACP option after adding Red or IR laser option to your cart.
What individual parts would I need to build a laser cartridge for a 45 cal 1911? Dry Fire with Various Calibers
Just need the 45 insert and sleeve/collar, etc. to make it fit my pistol.

For this product, you would select the Red or IR laser, then select the 45 adapter kit for your 1911, in this package. The 45 ACP Adapter Kit comes with the safety nut, short safety pipe and safety pipe extension, as noted on the product description for the product. Depending on the length of your 1911, you might need a longer safety pipe which you can find under Training Lasers / Safety - all of those and the lengths.
