It's a preference... I personally prefer the GG as I find that 1 - it is easier to get (more widely available and easy to find for the most part), 2 - it is easier and faster to refill and 3 - not a ton of little CO2 canisters to carry around if you travel or stock pile used while in a training session (easy remedy, set trashcan nearby).
I hear that the CO2 might last a little longer, but we aren't talking 50+ shots or anything.
Majority of our guns are interchangeable with the mags (noted in description if not) so if you get CO2 because you love it and find you don't, you can get GG mags and continue using those instead.... or vice versa.
